Body: I will definately do business with these guys again. This laptop
blows-away everything else commercially available. They built it exactly to
my specifications, butrned-in and tested everything, installed my OS and cd/dvd
software. They even included a year subscription to Norton System Works at
no extra cost. They were very attentive to my needs, and even phoned to ask
before making a substitution for a part that was out of stock, so I ended up
with a 1GB stick of RAM instead of 2 512s. Thatll be better for future
upgrading, anyway. I placed the order for a custom-built laptop on January 8
and had it in my hands by the 25th. Most of the bigger names in laptop
configuration would have taken over a month. Im VERY happy with my choice of
vendors and with my KILLER laptop! |

Body: I had a difficult order -- I bought from a local merchant who went out
of business. Subsequently, abuse on my part broke parts of the case, and I
needed replacements. Getting individual replacement parts for a laptop is
not easy, especially if you are not a reseller (and I am not). I finally
figured out that EKM was the original manufacturer of my laptop. Once I got
hold of EKM, Rick Lee determined the parts I needed and shipped them to me.
The initial shipment left two critical pieces out; however, Rick immediately
forwarded those items to me at no additional charge. I LOVE their product --
this is the best computer I have ever owned -- and will consider them for
future purchases. Hank and Rick are good guys who really bent over backwards
to help me out. |
